Angry Content Browser not saving changes

About 2 weeks ago i started noticing that Content Browser was not saving my changes. If i delete a tool, close CB then reopen the tool is still there. The same thing with renaming tools. I rename, close then reopen CB and the name is changed back. Some of the tool images have disappeared as well. I have even deleted a palette and added a new one and it does not save the change. My IT department assures me i have the correct permissions to make these changes. Has anyone else experienced this or know what is causing it?

Default Re: Content Browser not saving changes

I have a similar problem running ACA 2017 under Windows 10: the Catalog and Stock Tool Files are not available! Within Content Browser does not show any files any tools anything! I have not been able to RESET the software so that the files might show up. Resetting brings back the interface somehow but still not completely since some of the 2017 new features are missing from the Ribbon
