Default 20 views on a sheet is tedious in SSM

I've been using SSM for years and love it, BUT...when our users have to drag 20 or so views on a single sheet, it kind of defeats the purpose of sheet set manager. It becomes VERY labor intensive to align the elevations, align the detail title blocks, rename and renumber each one and set up the spacing so all elevations look nicely spaced on the sheet.

Attached is an example of a final sheet that takes much too long to create in SSM, but the pay-off is keying them in the plans once the elevation sheet is done.

    Any workarounds?

It could be you need to clean up your swap files. Have a look here on the Autodesk KB.

I'm not sure what that has to do with the original post...?

"..takes much too long to create in SSM..." It's probably a performance issue. Hence the response.
