dwg. to pdf 11x17 does not keep settings when pdf'ed

To whom might help me,
The company I am at now uses Adobe 8. I made a pc3 file to print but when I choose it in Autocad 2015, it comes out wrong, rotation and whole drawing doesn't show up, see attached files of pc3 and drawing. As you can see in the pc3 file, I have tabloid and landscape selected but when I select it in autocad, it defaults to 11x17 and portrait. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. Can someone who has solved this problem help me please. I have also used export to pdf in autocad, under output tab but it doesn't fill up the 11x17 paper like the adobe pdf does. I appreciate your time for reading this but I am frustrated over this. I made a 11x17.pc3 file but it wouldn't let me upload it

Hi, welcome to AUGI.
I think you will need to upload the .dwg file - you can delete the geometry and any sensitive text.

You can compress files into a zip file which are not approved for upload into the forums.
