transfer Toolbars to a workspace

How do I transfer Toolbars to a workspace? Then how do I insert it to the interface?

To Transfer from another CUIX file click the Transfer tab in the CUI, open that CUIX file on the right panel and copy the Toolbars you want to the other panel.
If the CUIX with the Toolbars are loaded select the Workspace in the CUI and click the [Customize Workspace] button, check the boxes next to the Toolbars you want and click the [Done] button.
