Detaching unreferenced references

I'm looking for a routine that will detach all unreferenced references. Ideally, it would do them all but at a minimum I need it to detach DWGs, Images & PDFs. After an hour of searching the web with no luck, I'm here looking for some help.

Does anyone have anything that will do this?

Interesting... Inspired by a thread elsewhere, I just started working on something like this yesterday. Haha

Asked to modify a drawing yesterday from a consultant that had one of those xrefs that hadn't been included. Finally found it in one of the many blocks. Code to either remove or locate the reference of xrefs, layers, plot styles, etc. would be really nice!

I'm also looking for a complete lisp that can remove all unreferenced images,dwg,dwf,pdf,etc.,
