Default drawing list for linked Revit Models

Hi. I have a Site Plan file and multiple buildings, all linked in as models. Type a, b, c,... each of them has then been linked once and then copied in the master file multiple times. Now I am doing a drawing (sheet) list. But the (i.e.) floor plan for 'type a' is listed as many times as the model is copied into the site plan. Is there any way to filter so that the drawing is only listed once?
    Many thanks, Undine

I just found the solution: Under sorting/grouping in the sheet lit properties, had to untick 'itemize every instance'
