Improvements to the text editor have (finally!) been made in the 2017 release. Still a ways to go, but definitely better than before.
It requires a very unusual mind to undertake the analysis of the obvious.

It is until you upgrade a model.
I hope autodesk allows me to stay in 2016 until 2025 when My current project is complete.
I can't upgrade do to this issue they created. We just wanted more function and they recreated holistically how text was created.
There goes all the years of creating content and tags.
