Question System setup not right due to wrong duct connectors

Im confused on which way would be the correct way...

    see attached picture...

Im working on a tunnel project and we have an vertical axel fan that transitions with a custom fitting, then that attaches to a sound attenuator (duct silencers) and then at the end of the run a louvers/bird screen that pours out into an open plenum.

My Axel fan has two connectors both of them I have set to exhaust air but say there is a fire in the tunnel then one gets set to one direction (pulling the air out of a space-exhaust system) the other would be set to the another direction (pushing air into the space-supply system)

How would be the correct way to have my systems show up correctly so I can run a calc?

I HOPE that made any sense.

It's pretty straight forward. Just think this way while working in the family editor. One of your duct connectors will be set to "out", the other set to "in".

When you select one of them, think to yourself, air flows out of the duct and "in" to the fan/family. Set that connector to "In"

On the other end, think, air flows out of the fan/family and in to the duct. Set that connector to "Out".

I just looked at your sketch again. For a bi-directional fan family you pretty much just have to pick the more common usage direction and go for it. The rest will be easier to just annotate in text.
