    Default [solved] Dimension Acting Weird

    Hi Guys,

Just received a model from a structure engineer, and I come across this weird problem:

Normally Revit wouldn't allow you to aligned dimension two wall that are not aligned. But somehow this one manage to pass through this limitation.

This video will explain my problem:

Anyone interested in the project file can download bellow (it is in 2015 format)

These two walls are aligned according to Revit, as it will not allow me to angular dimension these two.

    To solve this problem:

The reason this problem exists is that revit allows for slight miss alignment.

The error of: Wall is slightly off axis and may cause inaccuracies

So you can open the warning list, and pinpoint all the wall that are miss aligned and ask them to fix it! normally just clicking the end of the wall will do!
