Default Roof with sloped top and flat bottom

Summary: Provide a method for creating a roof with a sloped top and flat bottom without having to modify the elevation of sub-elements

Description: As it operates now, the roof tool is set up to create a roof assuming that it will be constructed with rafters so the top and bottom are always parallel. Since some roofs use trusses with sloped tops and flat bottoms it would be useful to have an option to set this as the default behavior of a roof.

In order to make this happen as the tool is currently set up we have to create a flat roof and modify the sub elements to change their elevations. The problem is that this involves a lot of calculations to determine the proper elevations and, even if the elevations are correct, the roof slopes vary just enough so that the roof becomes faceted.

Is that the way the truss system should be represented, as a slab? Should not the roof include only the roof elements, and not the structural frame?
