changing shared parameter from type to Instance

Hi guys,

I have loaded a family with a shared parameter which is a type parameter, is there a way to change it to Instance parameter? I know how to do it with normal parameters but for some reason it doesn't work with shared parameters.

there is no problem to change
regarded as the option is active

You can do it from there, but not from the main "project parameters" section of Revit. See the attached image.
