    Default acad.pgp is blank

    Hello -

We recently installed acad 2017 with windows 10
We save our acad.pgp file to our computer and path it under "support file search path" under options/files. We have done this for years without any complaint. Recently, I was called in because the command aliases weren't working. "unknown command"
I went to his acad.pgp and the file was empty! Why would it be blank? I had him open his acad.bak and it too was blank. Fortunately, he has saved another backup to another folder. So we copied it in and it's working fine. But this has happened to him before, several times...hence all the backup pgp files.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for it? I don't understand why it was be blank all of a sudden.

    Thanks!

I had similar issue in vanilla AutoCAD 2017 because Autodesk is relocating where the support files are. Also, the blank pgp file is populated if you will by the alias command in 2017. You can redefine the the aliases with the aliasedit command. May be the issue.
