Schedule for windows and aera

Hello,I am looking to achieve schedule giving me the french report RT 2012 ( ie 1/6 of a habitable dwelling surface).
I get to have the window surfaces according to their number per unit ( multiple pieces) , housing surfaces ( several rooms ) but I do not know how to combine the two in a list in order to apply the ratio by the formula 1 / 6th (lot area / housing window surface).

I think you probably have to resort to a script/macro/Dynamo solution. The general approach I would take for said solution is to push the numbers from the window schedule (B) into a field of the area schedule, then have a calculated value.

Alternatively, you could manually enter the value of B in the area schedule and then use a calculated value to do the math. That's how I would start if it is always / usually for such few items as you show in your example. If you have a project with a lot more rooms, then I'd consider the script option.

Here is a simple solution with a Window Schedule:

I grouped the windows by department.
Window-area, Room-area and Ratio fields are calculated values.
Totals and rounding must be added.
Any comment welcome!
