    Default Grid bubble Family

Our office standard is to have the horizontal grids rotated to read with the Sheet text.
I started by duplicating the label and rotating it. Then I added a visibility parameter for the rotated label.
However in plan this all looks ok, but in elevation the rotated label is offset from center. I checked to see both labels are center/middle.

    What am I missing?

Does the label within the family have its vertical and horizontal align set to middle and center?

What are those vertical lines in the grid supposed to represent. They appear vertical in all the plan images but in elevation they are horizontal. I have a feeling the label is not centering due to some issue with having 2 labels in the same family being controlled by visibility
