    Default Ability to change the SIM reference label on reference other view head.

    Summary: To have the ability to change the reference label (SIM) to be different on an instance by instance basis.

    Description: When placing a 'reference other view' section/callout marker, the Reference Label appears and allows only one value per drafting view referenced. I would like to see this reference label created as an instance parameter so a detail can be referenced with 3 section markers, all with different reference label values.
