Window Family won't show properly in Project

Hi all,

I have prepared a window family family as per our project requirements with nested components. The window has two separate components placed on top of each other. When I place this in project, I am only able to see the cut of upper panel and not the bottom panel. I have tried changing the view range of both project and family(each component) and adjust to see if it comes at any of the preferred ranged but it fails to do so. kindly help me on this. I am attaching the file. Thanks a ton in advance.

I am using view range as 1600(cut plane) which helps me view all the important parts of my plan. The size of window I will be using is 1200x1350mm. Also attached the images for reference.

Did you ever figure this out?

You'll find that in many window families, the 3d geometry is set to not show in Plan/RCP, and instead, symbolic lines are drawn for how you want those views to appear. If that makes sense, great! If not, feel free to ask follow-ups.

Set upper panel visibility -not to show in Plan/RCP. Instead lower panel made by sweep , make top parts seperately & set visibilty not to show in Plan/RCP. Thus You can see lower side posts & pannels in plan and not the upper hor member of lower frame or upper frame, as they are set not visible in Plan/RCP.
