    Default Dell XPS 13

Hello all, has anyone used AutoCAD 2016 on a new Dell XPS 13. They come with Intel HD integrated graphics card and I'm not sure if AutoCAD will perform on it.

This would not be a laptop for full-time use. Just occasional use in meetings and such.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

I used AutoCAD and Revit, multiple versions, on a Dell XPS 15. I didn't have an problems with it.

I do usually prefer to have a dedicated graphics card, and Dell can usually accommodate with customization, but, I have used integrated cards on multiple machines, and the worst side effect for me was random artifacts so you had to force a regen to make them disappear (that wasn't on my laptop, that was my last office desktop). But, ymmv.

Thanks so much for your reply. I'm thinking I may have to go to the XPS 15 just because of the graphics driver. I just really liked the size of 13.

    Thanks again for your reply!

With regard to size, I've had 13-17 and finally settled on 15.
17 was too bulky for travel and 13 was just too small for cad work. 15 was a happy medium.
