Default Searching entity using element ID in Navisworks

    Hi guys,

Is it possible (now) to search for an entity (piece of conduit) using its element ID (found in Revit) within Navisworks? Similarly, the switchback function only works from Navisworks to Revit, but not the other way around, where I can right-click on a device, and have it switch back to Navisworks and zoom to that device within Navisworks? Thanks.

SCRATCH THAT - I was able to find it through the View - Windows - Find Items - then under category (select Element ID), under property (select Value), under Condition (=), and under Value (ID NUMBER). After that, just select 'Find First'. It should select it, then you can 'Zoom selected' under Viewpoint, Zoom Window, Zoom selected.

This is nice and I had wondered it as well.

Now, is it possible to have a highlighted item in Navisworks (I'm using the simulate 2016 that comes with the design suite), and list it's ID number so you can then do a search for it in revit? I know in the simulate version, the element ID numbers are not the same as what I'm exporting from, or is used in, revit (which I do have that option checked in revit).
