Default Station text export with rotation

I have station text along an alignment with text oriented perpendicular to the alignmnet. I have tried MAPEXPORT to create shapefiles of the text. When I import back into CAD with MAPIMPORT the text has lost its rotational values and all text is oriented East. Is there a way to have the text maintain the rotational value when importing? Thanks.

Default Re: Station text export with rotation

When you export to shp format you can select the angle property of the text then after you import do a property query to base the rotation angle on that attribute. Alsodepending on what version of Map3D the rotation angle gets exported automatically if you export the data.
