Hi There
We have our work space set and have "accidentally" deleted all the CAD standard tool palette functions from this space.
They no longer exist anywhere.
Is there a way to restore these without having to reset to default?

Hi, Jarrod,
You should be able to right-click on the Tool Palette, Customize Palettes, and then right-click in the left box to import and .xtp file (palettes), or right-click in the right box to import .xpg (palette groups). These files should reside in your ACAD support files...you may need to search for them. Hope this helps!
It requires a very unusual mind to undertake the analysis of the obvious.

Were these built in palette tabs, or custom made ones?
Were they deleted in this manner?
Are the files that define the palettes still out there somewhere (.atc files, and associated images)? Maybe the files were moved, or maybe the pointer to those file via the path in options was changed?

Right click in the command area and choose Options. Navigate to the tool palette file locations section and expand the + then delete the path that is shown that box. Next, when you hit apply AutoCAD will bring up the following dialog box indicating that the default tool palette directory will be used. Simply hit an enter or return on the keyboard and the default palettes will be restored to the original location as shown. Close out the Options menu and you will see the palettes within your drawing area.
