    Default Export to STL

So I am using Inventor LT 2017 to design cookie cutters for my wife. We just got a 3D printer and when I export the Inventor file to a STL file the size of my cutter is massively decreasing. It is going from 3.5" tall to 5mm tall, verified the size difference in the 3D printer software and Freecad. When exporting I am verifying the options are set to inches to match the drawing file. What else should I be looking at?

I also downloaded some cutters from Thingverse and the STL files from there are printing out in the size my wife wants.

    Try using "Source Units":

(Hopefully this is an option in Inventor LT)

I tested this with a random part, and the stl file generated correctly.

You may have to adjust the import settings in the printer software as well. We have older Stratsys systems that require this additional step.
