Cannot Audit my Revit file, always crash and corrupted

Hi All,

Can anyone help me why I cant audit my Revit file?
Whe I audit, the revit crashes and close.


The reason I wanted to Audit is, the Revit file is always crashing and corrupted.
It is a work-shared Revit Structure file and the size of central file is 261MB.

We have suffered this issue for multiple models in the past month. This has been occurring in both Revit 2016 Update 7 for R2 and Revit 2017.1
The model will open properly if you only open the Central model, or create a Local without the Audit box checked. Our BIM managers do not want to take the risk.
