    Default Data shortcuts folder heirarchy

I learned from the time I started using data shortcuts that my Data shortcut folder was supposed to be the same level of hierarchy in the subdirectory as the folder subdirectory containing the DWGs so that you could set the working folder to the folder just one above. Is this true?

    From this old thread: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showth...l=1#post606981

Just be sure that you do not include the .XML file from an existing ..\_shortcuts\ folder in your project template, as this will cause Toolspace to not find the correct working folder even when associated with a project. Set the working folder manually/programmatically and a new .XML file will be generated... The crux being the GUID contained with said .XML file.
