'Offset from level' family parameter missing

Hi all,

I am hoping I am missing something very obvious.
2 furniture system families, both non hosted, both very similar - one is a fridge and one is a sink.
When loading into project, one has an 'Offset' from level parameter, the other one doesn't - as image attached.
The one that doesn't have the parameter, no prize for guessing but cannot be 'Offset' from level, which is kind of an issue when it has to.

Tried transferring project standards, tried adding it manually, tried changing the family category, nothing so far has worked.

Any help much appreciated!

most likely has to do with what family template was used when the family was created. Also open the family and check the box in properties "work plane based"
