Hello everyone,

I have discusion with myself: I have manage few big projects, its all will be divided into smaller projects parts, in other words one project will be done from many revit files. By default, in each file is model (all geometry) and all drawings (Sheet Sets, Schedules and so on). In this way is difficult to manage all parameters, sheets, graphics of drawings, schedules, everything that are involved with drawings.

Now I am thinking about alternative way - create new file, link all models to it and in this file create all drawings, manage, lets say, 2D world.

And if you are using alternative way, where you preparing views for documentation, for sheets - in model file and then linking to documentation file or in documentation file?

I would like get to know which way you choose, which way is best for you, just a little discus about this thing

PS.: at this moment, I am managing structurial part of project, but I am sure, that this is important for all parts, disciplines
