When xreffing a drawing into another drawing, only the automatic property data sets pass thru to the xreffed drawing. Manual property data sets do not.
Is there a way to pass this info into the xreffed drawing?

Care to provide sample files where this is the case? And, can you explain more clearly what you are expecting? If there is an object in the externally referenced file that has a Property Set attached that has both Automatic and Manual properties, are you saying that you can only see the Automatic property values? They all should be available. Are the Manual properties visible when you open the externally referenced file directly? It could be that for that Property Set, all of the Manual properties were set to not be displayed on the Properties palette, but that seems odd to me, particularly if it is an object-based Property Set Definition.
