Cuts in Family dont show up when loaded into a project

Hi Guys

Here is the problem :

Family with a void loaded [nested into another family] it cuts the geometry as it should in the host family but when loaded into the project the cut disappear ?

Any idea whats causing this ?

make sure you have the checkbox 'cuts with voids when loaded' within the nested void family selected and then also you need to use the cut tool in the parent family to choose what the void cuts.
