    Default Discipline Designators

I work with Electrical projects and most of our project have only one Discipline Designator on each sheet.
If i start with a E-101....can the next sheet be ET-102 follow by E-103 ?

    this is my issue!
having a sheet with 2discipline designators follow by a sheet with one discipline designator.

Personally, I would keep them separate.
    E-1, E-2, ET-1.

If you are going to use any two-character discipline designators at all, I would use two-character for everything. Using the single character designator, 'E'. includes everything under the electrical engineering purview, including Telecommunications, So either go single character for everything, or two character for everything -- don't mix and match
