Default Wall created on the rake.

Hi all, Im a newby here.
I wish create a wall on the rake (slope) which is above another wall. It needs to be raked for town planning reasons.
I have tried picking the wall and rotating it = wont work.

In order to do what you're looking to do you'll need relate the wall to a mass.
Option B would be to just create a sweep. Set the path to the top edge of the vertical wall and create a profile.
