Volumes Dashboard Icon

Does anyone know which directory i can find the original icon for the volumes dashboard. i accidentally erased it in the cui and i can't find it.
I was trying to create a new panel next to the volumes Dashboard for the reportsurfacesvolumes command. I duplicated the original and made
the necessary changes, but it somehow it affected the original command. after tweaking it several times to no avail, i erased the image and can't
find it.

Well, i fixed it. in a previous session i had written down the name of the image (VOLUMES_DASHBOARD). on a whim i tried typing that in the small and large icon area and it worked. the icon came back on the ribbon.

I still would like to create a panel for the report surface volume command....just can't seem to figure out what i'm doing wrong.
