    Default Annotative Scale dialouge box

When trying to add a new annotative scale to mtext through properties the dialogue box is nowhere to be seen. all the other dialogue boxes are performing fine sine its not "filedia" variable. Its clearly coming up somewhere out off reach too because when I click Annotative Scale everything else goes gray because the dialougue box is active somewhere.

If it helps, about the fiurst year I used AutoCAD this happened and our tech support knew of some command that would bring it back.

hit <aALT>+Spacebar on the keyboard, then "M", and you'll be able to drag it back into view

After hitting Alt & Space bar I am seeing the box that is allowing the move command "m". When I hit m and data point in the view Acad is just staying locked up.

once you hit the 'm', there should be a 4-pointed arrow as the cursor. instead of picking a point, hold down the left mouse key, and drag it around. the hidden dialog should follow that around.
