    Default Contours and labels

Hi everyone. I'm new with C3d.
My English is not very good, sorry about that. Here is my question:

I'm drawing a road, I have already made the alignment, the surface, assembly and profile. I want to see the contours of the road.

I want the road of picture 1 look like the one in picture 2, with the yellow contours and the labels.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi

It's all about styles. There are two styles needed for this. 1) Surface style to display the surface as contours. 2) Surface contour label style to label the contours.

How your surface is displayed is controlled by the surface style. Edit the surface style (or make a new one). In the style there is a tab on the top for Display, this is where you choose what to show about that surface. (major/minor contours) The Contours tab has the settings for things like the contour interval.

Contour labels are a surface label style. This style is listed under the surface styles in toolspace. Again, edit a current style or make a new one to show the contour label the way you want it to appear.
