civil 3d ribbon

We are having problems with getting 2015 civil 3d to to work once we download from subscription center as support does not have the C3D menu in it - on stand alone - I copied out of other user but on a download from the site to server how do I get this included so I do not have to do any copying or pasting of probably an unsave nature - anyone know of any easy answer

Congrats on your first post. I don't fully understand what you are asking. Your post title says ribbon your post says menu and support. The recommended method for downloading anything from Autodesk from most of the experts I have spoken with is to use the virtual agent:

A lot of issues seem to crop up due to files within the %temp% folder.

To empty it, in windows explorer, enter %temp% in the address bar.
It will bring you to the temp folder, you can highlight everything and delete it.
Don't worry, some things will say they are in use and it cant be deleted, that is perfectly acceptable to skip those files.

Next, make sure you're using the Virtual Agent:

If you are referring to the civil 3d help files, if you have info center inn in the top right corner click the question mark and you will get a menu with a few optiins. You can download the offline help or utilize the online help.
