Creating beam with a parameter in the middle of it

I wonder, if there is any possibility to add a parameter in the middle of beam family, which control it's curve? I want middle of my beam, to be 3-5 cms higher than start and end point. Creating beam from a sweep line, in the project enviroment isn't good solution for me.

Sweep seems to do not allow me to lock it's start and end point and adding parameter in the middle.

I would be thankful for any tips.

The parameters are typically linked to reference planes to control their geometry.

Making an arch in a beam is actually quite complicated because of the problem of constraining the arc.

However making a high point isn't that hard and might be close enough?

Thanks for your contribution, I'll give it a try. Indeed, creating beam family with the arc is really complicated.

I attached two families, maybe someone knows where I have made mistake with constraining. Those families are not working properly.
