Exclamation ilogical results on floor area, exterior wall area and people, GBS energy analyse on revit 2016

Hello, i've had some troubles with gbs because the characteristics dont seem very logical to me, i've been runing the energy analyse in 2 models, both with 156m2 of Surface, the diference is the ortientation and the desing, also one has 88m2 of construction and the other 111m2, that might give some diference between the results but it is to much ill write the results just in case u couldnt see the attachtment:

The one with 111m2 of construction and 156m2 of Surface The one with 88m2 of construction and 156m2 of surface

    floor area:88 Floor area:62
    exterior Wall:165 Exterior walls: 50
    people: 1 People: 0

As you can the exterior wall thing is 3 times more in one side (the height of the walls are pretty much the same) I'd like to know the reason of this discrepancy, im sure that this make big difference in the results because the one that was suposed to be more efficient is the worse (bioclimatic desing), specially the input "People" im sure that has a great impact in the analyse and i dont know how to move it. It is suposed to be a single family house with 4 people and it says 1 for one and 0 for the other.

Here are the settings of my energy analyse run
