Profile an Xreffed surface

Summary: The ability to create a surface profile from a surface that is xreffed into the design drawing file

Description: Alignment and profile designs don't always reside in the same DWG along with the profile information. C3d should be able to read surface data from an xreffed DWG and use that to create surface profiles.

Use a DREF (data shortcut) for "smart" Civil 3D items like surfaces, alignments, and pipe networks. They're quite simple to use once you get the hang of them.
