Default Shading of rows/columns in schedules

The idea here is to make the schedule more readable - specify whether you want alternating rows or columns shaded, specify the shading colour, and there you go.

Along with the shading is there a way to control the decimal rounding, I found a dialog box for ir but it depends on the units used in the field and since the field i am trying to round is the result of an equation it won't let me control it.

Also is there a way to take the result of an equation and get it to display in a tag. For example the eqation I am talking about here is from a room schedule I made where I added a field for SF/occupant I use this to divide the Area of the room and come up with an occupancy load for code review purposes.

I would like to generate code review plans where I could have a room tag with that result below the room number. Anyone know how I may accomplish this?

Also I would like to have a field for occupancy type, where I could choose from a pull down the differnet kinds of occupancies, educational, office, storage (from the table in IBC) and when i select the occupancy type it fills in the appropiate SF information in the SF/occupant.

I added a few wishes, maybe I should have started another thread, sorry

On the Formatting tab you can set the rounding value for you field. By default it uses the project settings.

Shading by parameters would be a huge advantage to revit scheduling. I wouldn't have to export to excel all of the time.

Also it would be nice to be able to break a schedule onto several sheets. If I have a schedule with 1000 items in it and I want to print it out on 18 8.5x11 sheets, it becomes very difficult....
