I'm Looking for a Lisp about numbering of texts in a cad file and add them in a table to be each Number (P1,P2,...) beside of the text value (+1.40,+2.20,-0.40,...)

You need to explain more. Do you want a 2 column table with, 1 Text1, next line 2 Text2 and so on ?
