Default Create hatch boundary from dialog box

Summary: Create a hatch boundary area from the hatch creation dialog box.

Description: It would be nice to be able to create a hatch pattern area without having it already exist in the drawing. Instead of using the "Pick Point" or "Select Object" there would be a 3rd option to create a hatch area from the dialog box without having the area or polyline already created. This would be useful when hatching an area that crosses over multiple lines and other areas.

Pick "settings" on the command line, then pick New Boundary set and don't select the multiple lines and other areas. If all you want is to create a new polyline just do that first.
