CUI and workspace

I will be taking a flash drive of DWGs to make a presentation with. I have figure out away to customize my interface from year to year back to how I had it when we make upgrades but that still takes about an hour.

What do I create that I can also put on the flash drive that would allow me to recreate my customization file and my workspace settings in a quick manner?

Hi I found directions on Autodesk website, I tried to paste it here but it wouldn't paste. I just google transfer civil3d cui. It works well except if you have any custom toolbars they don't transfer
