Summary: Underlays should be OFF by default for all new views, instead of automatically selecting an underlay for each new view, that the user has to remember to switch off; The underlays should also be able to be controlled via Template settings, not just the PLAN/CEILING VIEW, but whether they are ON/OFF and ideally select what detail is visible on the underlay.

Description: Underlays should be OFF by default for all new views, instead of automatically selecting an underlay for each new view, that the user has to remember to switch off; The underlays should also be able to be controlled via Template settings, not just the PLAN/CEILING VIEW, but whether they are ON/OFF and ideally select what detail is visible on the underlay.
For example, we switch the underlay on temporarily for General Arrangement Floor Plans, to highlight the building overhangs / eaves / pergola extents on the floor below, but then we would always want them off later to avoid accidentally moving or snapping to elements from the other view' Another example is Reflected Ceiling Plans, where we show Joinery, Loose Furnishings, in order to set-out alignments for lighting and elec/comms outlets, but we would only every want the Casework/Furn categories to be shown from the underlay, but hide other elements as they are unnecessary -- this is currently not possible.
