Summary: STAIR TREAD NUMBERING - should be hidden above cut plane + below view depth

Description: Currently, the stair tool numbers all treads in a stair whether visible or not; we don't wish to ever number tread above the cut plane or below view depth. The numbers become even more unusable for multi-level stairs or spiral stairs where the flight above overlaps one below -- the result is that Revit's numbers overlap eahc other, there is no control to move the numbers and we have to resort to the AutoCAD method (type each number manually and not use the stair numbering tool for any plan views).
A simple fix would be to have Revit hide them above/below the stair cutting plane.
