Best regards, I have a family based on a work plan, but when I open it on another computer, this option does not appear, which does not work for the insertion of the family in the project. What help can they offer me ... how do I make this option appear on the other computer or what action should I take to make it work well?

open up the family and check the box in properties that says "work-plane based"
