Dynamic screw block by thread

Hello
I am looking for a dynamic screw block that when I stretch, will stretch one thread at a time instead of set mm.
I have tried to edit my own but all I can manage to stretch is the screw but not the threads (the threads stay in place while the end stretches).
Can someone please help me figure out the commands to do this, or if you have one I could use, to please share it?
