Question Arch Revit 2017 to AutoCAD 2013 - Inconsistency in PCP files.

    Hello All,
We are using Arch Revit 2017 for small project. Our client wants AutoCAD DWG files with CTB.
We tried following things & steps
    1) Exported DWG (Ver. 2013) files (Plan, Elevation, Section Sheets and 3D View) with default standards. Revit has exported DWG as well as PCP files.
    2) In AutoCAD 2015, From Plot Manager, convert PCP to CTB.
Here we noticed that each colour has different thickness in each CTB

Please find attached image (PCP.jpg) of PCP files shows Inconsistency in PCP files.

Why revit exports different PCP files for each DWG file.
Is there any possibility to have only one PCP/ CTB file for whole project.

    Thanks & Regards
