Door Swing to IFC

Hi,

I am encountering issues with door swings when exported to IFC. I use in general the subcategory "Plan Swing" to create a symbolic line for the swing:


Lately I imported some families from a dutch library and the family's are drawn upside down:

in revit the swings are presented correctly (I used flip controls for the doorplacement):


the left two doors are the first family and the right two ones are the second and upside down family.


But when I export this model to IFC, I get this:

As you see the right two doors do have a wrong mirorred swing presentation while the geometry of the door is still as drawed in revit.
When I override the the ifc parameter "operation" than i can flip the Hand but the facing is still mirrored (on the other side of the wall).
I use the ifc exporter from sourceforge and tried revit 2017 and 2018, both do have the same problem.

Is this solvable without redrawing all the families?

Unfortunately not: Al your doors have to be built with the Swing facing upwards (in the family editor) for them to be correct within IFC.

We managed to rotate 180 degress everything in the family edeitor without breaking the door
