Simple rending tool

Is there an app or add on tool that allows you to take a 2D drawing and just color it and add a few landscaping items. I used to use Impressions and it was ok. I don't need anything powerful such as Photoshop.
I only need to color the front elevation
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah its too bad that Impression 1-3 "went away" -it was nice, and I believe free w/ subscript. There wouldn't be anything stoping you from plotting to jpg (or other format) & using your choice in a 2d Pshop type program.
