Column Schedules With Bent Member

Hello,
We have a situation where we have a column that will have a bend in it. However our column schedule shows the bent beam(good) but also shows a solid line for it going straight up(bad). Please see attached. How can we solve this to show the bend?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
