Default REVIT HELP Single Phase 120/208 with Two Poles Problem

I am new to Revit and I have a problem. I have been told that the distribution system supposed to be 120/208 Single Phase. When I hook everything up I am getting 3 Phases A , B ,C inside the panel schedule... please help. I looked at other drawings and previous 120/208 Single Phase panel schedules has nice 2 poles. A , B . I might be understanding it all wrong fundamentally. please help

this is how the previous templates looked like. : the last ( pink picture, done in Auto CAD MEP)
