Default Dynamic weld symbol with attributes and changes with the annotation scale?

I'm very new to dynamic blocks and have been trying to figure out how to make a dynamic weld symbol. I have found a few very good dynamic weld symbols that others have made and shared but so far I haven't been able to find one that will change with my annotation scale so I can add it in model space instead of on paper space. Any suggestions on how I can make this work?

You can make the entire block annotative.

With the block open for editing (either as its own dwg and/or in the block editor), with no objects selected, open the Properties window. There is a selection towards the bottom for setting the block to be annotative.
